This page explains how to request deletion of your CreateZcale account and the
data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or by emailing us.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open the CreateZcale app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days:

What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

What data is kept (and for how long)
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics and crash diagnostics (collected via Google Firebase) are not linked to your identity after deletion and are retained according to Firebase's standard retention period (up to 90 days for analytics events).
- Purchase records may be retained by Google Play / our payment processor where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Your photos and images are never uploaded to our servers, so there is nothing to delete there — they remain only on your own device.
